Room dated and just a bit drab. We were offered an "upgrade" to the city view side of the hotel. Not so sure it was an upgrade. Had to call front desk to get the air conditioner fixed, as had really bad noise. They were quick to fix it. But on the positive side, it is a central location and the views from the bar are spectacular.

****Be aware there is a fee of $75 a night to park a car**** This hotel is very old and dated. The rooms are very small. There is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. We were on the ninth floor and all of our family took baths instead of showers and brushed our teeth in the bathtub because there was no water pressure. I would not recommend this hotel.

Top of the Mark at sunset was amazing Good breakfast buffet was included as was parking with our package Excellent deal. Been coming to SF for almost 50 years and would stay again. Staff was cordial, friendly and ready to meet any needs/requests. Gotta love that City vibe😃

Located in a nice neighborhood. Everyone there has been very nice. The bathroom is a bit small, but the room was nice.

This was a really great hotel! Beautiful, historical space with a great location and excellent service. The room was super comfortable (the bed had a down mattress topper!) and I enjoyed happy hour at the top of the mark. Would definitely stay here again.
